POLICIES & SAFETY GUIDELINES


Thank you for choosing Bella Braids Style. To ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client, please review the following policies and guidelines carefully.

1. Booking & Appointments
All services must be scheduled in advance. A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is secured. Please arrive on time, as clients who are more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule.

2. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required for certain services to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the service is completed. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Cash App, and card (subject to availability).

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients are required to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or an additional cancellation fee.

4. Hair Preparation
Please arrive with clean, dry, and fully detangled hair unless your service includes washing. Additional fees may apply for detangling or extra preparation.

5. Children Policy
For safety reasons, children must remain calm and seated throughout their appointment. Services may be declined if a child is unable to sit still.

6. Personal Belongings
Bella Braids Style is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.

⚠️ SAFETY NOTICE
Your safety is a top priority. Please follow the guidelines below during your visit:

1. Hot Water Safety (Very Important)
Hot water is used during braiding services to seal and smooth braids. To prevent injury:

  • Remain completely still during and immediately after the hot water dipping process 
  • Do not move your head while the stylist is working 
  • Avoid touching the towel, bowl, or braids until instructed 
  • Inform the stylist immediately if you feel any discomfort 

These precautions help prevent burns, splashes, and accidents.

2. Styling Tools Safety

  • Avoid sudden movements while tools such as scissors, needles, razors, flat irons, or hot combs are in use 
  • Keep your hands away from your hair unless directed by the stylist 

3. Product & Scalp Sensitivity
Please inform your stylist before your appointment begins if you have any allergies, scalp sensitivity, or tenderness.

4. Health & Hygiene

  • Do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell 
  • All tools, chairs, and workstations are sanitized between clients 
  • No additional guests are allowed unless previously approved 

CLIENT COOPERATION
Thank you for respecting the policies of Bella Braids Style. These guidelines help us maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for all clients.

HAIR SERVICE & COMPLAINT POLICY
Clients must report any concerns or issues regarding their service within 72 hours (3 days) of their appointment.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances 
  • Retouch services are available for an additional fee 
  • Pricing for corrections depends on the hairstyle and the extent of adjustments needed 

This policy ensures fairness and consistent service quality for all clients.
